Very lovely jam, with chunky fruit/vege pieces with a delightful flavour and not overly sweet.
Interesting to see purple carrot in ingredient which is a great touch instead of adding sweetness with sugar. I’s love more please!

Love love LOVE the rhubarb and raspberry jam!!! I wish my Grandpa was still with us, he used to grow his own rhubarb. Rhubarb and raspberry were two of his favourite things, he’d have LOVED this jam! I will eat it and enjoy it in his memory!
