Start this recipe the day prior to eating.
Layer in a tall glass for a great presentation or simply add to a bowl and enjoy!
1 cup of milk of your choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
Yogurt – Dairy or Coconut
Chia pudding mix-
Place milk and chia seeds in a bowl, mix well, and place in the fridge overnight.
The next day, layer chia pudding mix with the following
